Ten civilians, including an ambulance driver, were injured as a result of enemy shelling by Russian troops in various villages of the Kharkiv region.
Ten civilians were injured as a result of new Russian shelling in the Kharkiv region, among them was the driver of an emergency medical aid brigade. This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Under the procedural leadership of the district prosecutor’s office of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated.
On April 13, at 1:30 p.m., the Russians attacked the village of Petropavlivka in the Kupyan district from an FPV drone, as a result of which the driver of an emergency medical service was injured. At 10:30, the Russian army shelled the village of Zagryzove, destroying private houses. On the same day, around 2:20 a.m., the village of Borova was shelled, where the cultural center was damaged.
On April 12, at 10:30 p.m., a rocket attack took place in the city of Kupyansk, as a result of which two men aged 61 and 73 were injured, and residential and commercial buildings were damaged. On the same day, the village of Shestakove was shelled, injuring four civilian men.
Yesterday, in the village of Vesele, a 47-year-old man was injured as a result of artillery shelling, and in the city of Vovchansk, two men aged 63 and 43 were injured.
According to information, “Grom E-1” missiles were struck in Kupiansk and Borova.
Prosecutors and police investigators are actively working to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
The Russians shelled and damaged the energy infrastructure in the Kharkiv region. Due to network restrictions on the lines of the transmission system operator in the region, outage schedules are applied.
