On February 3 and 4, Russian troops fought with anti-aircraft guns and artillery, used aviation and drones in peaceful towns and villages of the Pologiv and Vasyliv districts of the Zaporizhzhya region.
This was reported in the press service of the main office of the national police in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Most of the hits were on the homes of local residents. The roofs of the houses were broken, the windows were blown out, and the courtyards were also damaged. There was no information about the injured citizens.
According to all the facts, police investigators and the Ukrainian Security Service opened criminal proceedings, the legal qualification is part 1 of Art. 438 (Violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
