3 dead, 16 injured: Druzhkivka completes clearing of rubble after airstrike

In the city of Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, emergency rescue operations have been completed at the site of a Russian airstrike carried out on April 2.

The press service reported that three people were killed and 16 others were injured as a result of the shelling. Rescuers were able to free the body of the last deceased from the rubble only on the third day of search operations.

The impact damaged 13 residential buildings and 14 cars.

Emergency workers dismantled 55 tons of destroyed building structures, extinguished a fire on the third floor of a damaged building, as well as four cars that had caught fire.

Rescuers worked under the constant threat of repeated strikes. At present, emergency rescue operations are completely completed.
