“In the regional center, another blow by the Russians damaged the main pipeline, thanks to which heat was supplied to more than 600 houses – more than 40 thousand people,” the guarantor emphasized.
According to Volodymyr Zelenskyi, specialists intend to continuously carry out repair work until the heat supply is fully restored.
“We will all restore, despite the actions of Russian terrorists and monsters, we will all restore,” said the head of state.
In turn, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, said that the Russians had deployed their military units, including machine gunners, in the temporarily captured Novaya Kakhovka. The official believes that the occupiers are preparing new provocations and shelling of the right bank of the region.

“The Russians are on alert, there are a lot of reconnaissance drones over the city. Emergency services have gone to at least three districts to deploy thermal tents, and so far the team has not been able to wrap them up,” he wrote.
After 23:00 Ryzhenko added that explosions rang out in the city. An air alert was announced in the region.
