Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office, pre-trial investigations were started in criminal proceedings on the facts of violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On July 27, 2024, the Russian army carried out 3 air strikes on the city of Kurakhove. As a result of the attack by guided aerial bombs, probably “KAB-250” in the central part of the city, four civilians were injured. Three women aged 19, 40, 58 and a 50-year-old man who were in the residential area were taken to the hospital with multiple shrapnel wounds. All victims were provided with qualified medical assistance.
In addition, he hit the Russians in the city of Myrnograd, having previously used “FAB-500” from the UMPK. An 11-year-old girl who was in the yard of a private household was injured by the impact of the weapons. The child was diagnosed with a mine-explosive injury and a cut wound on the forearm.
In populated areas, multi-apartment and private residential buildings, educational institutions, a car and a transformer substation were damaged.
