535 children died in Ukraine due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation

As a result of Russia’s armed aggression in Ukraine, 533 children were killed and 1,254 children were injured, the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported on March 13.

“Children were most affected in the following regions: Donetsk region – 524, Kharkiv region – 338, Kherson region – 149, Kyiv region – 130, Dnipropetrovsk region – 122, Mykolaiv region – 101, Zaporizhzhia region – 100, Chernihiv region – 72, Luhansk region – 67,” the message states.

The prosecutor’s office indicated that during the day of March 12, 10 children aged from two months to 17 years were injured as a result of rocket fire in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, and a seven-year-old boy and an eight-year-old girl were injured as a result of a Russian air strike on Velyka Pisarivka, Sumy region.
