54 attacks recorded in Chernihiv region on September 20: rescuers injured

The head of the Chernihiv regional military administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported that on September 20, the Russians fired on 18 settlements in the region, carrying out 54 strikes. Attacks by strike drones are almost constantly recorded.

In the community of Nizhyn district, the Russians targeted a critical infrastructure facility, as a result of which two rescuers were injured and hospitalized. This is the second case in a week when the Russians deliberately attack facilities and then fire again, waiting for the arrival of rescuers to eliminate the consequences.

In the afternoon, Chernihiv was under attack by drones, where an infrastructure facility was also damaged. The largest number of strikes were carried out by FPV drones – 26 attacks were recorded in settlements of Semenivska, Novgorod-Siverska and Snovsk communities, where residential buildings were damaged, in particular in Semenivka and Snovsk.
