
On the morning of Thursday, February 29, the Russian Federation dropped a KAB-500 aerial bomb on the residential sector of the city of Mykolaivka in the Donetsk region.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
As the agency said, as a result of the Russian attack, 8 private houses, a hospital, a garage and two civilian cars were destroyed. Gas pipelines and electricity networks were also damaged.
Fortunately, there were no reports of casualties.
Rescuers and all necessary services were working on the spot. The police documented the consequences of the Russian strike.
On February 28, Russian troops shelled Kurakhove, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region. The local rescue unit was damaged.
