Drone attack in Sumy: seven people were injured, including a 10-year-old boy

As a result of the “Shahed” UAV hitting residential buildings in Sumy, seven people were injured, among them a 10-year-old boy.

The Sumy regional prosecutor’s office reported on this: “Seven people sought medical help (as a result of being hit by “Shahed”), including a 10-year-old boy.”

Also, the prosecutor’s office reported that as a result of the attack of the Russian Federation, the residences of citizens in 11 apartment buildings and the building of a preschool educational institution were damaged.

In addition, about 20 private cars were damaged.

In turn, the press service of the Sumy city military administration added that according to the information of the health department, five people sought medical help – the oldest victim was 78 years old, the youngest was 10 years old.

According to the investigation, on March 6, 2024, around 1 a.m., using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the Russians attacked civilian objects in the city of Sumy with three “Shahed” UAVs.
