Russians attacked a town in the Kharkiv region: two men were wounded

The projectile hit the yard of a private house.

On March 28, Russian troops attacked the city of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region. In Vovchansk, a Russian shell hit the yard of a private house. A 60-year-old man was there at that moment, he received shrapnel wounds. Another local resident, a 48-year-old man, was hospitalized with a concussion.

On March 28, Russian troops also shelled the village of Monachynivka, Kupyan district. A 57-year-old local woman died of her injuries on the way to the hospital. Her husband was injured.

A 59-year-old man died during an airstrike in the Shevchenkiv district of Kharkiv. 19 people were injured, including four children. A 12-year-old boy died in the village of Borova, Izyum district, Kharkiv region.

“Investigative and operative groups, forensic experts, and explosives experts are working at the scene of the events. According to the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the police added.
