The blast wave and debris from ballistic missiles damaged private houses. Among the injured are three men and one woman.
In the afternoon of April 21, the Russians hit Odesa with ballistic missiles, as a result of which at least four people were injured. Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, announced this.
“The Russians continue their pinpoint missile strikes. In the afternoon, they hit Odeshchyna with ballistic missiles. The missiles hit the transport and logistics facility of the port infrastructure again,” said Kiper.
He explained that the blast wave and debris from ballistic missiles damaged private houses. In one of them, the ceiling collapsed, in the yard of another private property, hay caught fire.
“It is known about 4 people injured as a result of a missile attack on Odesa region. Three of them are men and one woman. Doctors are providing all the necessary assistance,” Kiper clarified.
The head of the Odesa regional military administration also noted that rescuers and communal services continue to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
Before the explosions, at 1:15 p.m., the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Southern Defense Forces reported the threat of using ballistic weapons. Rockets flew from Crimea.
By 5 p.m. on April 20, seven air alarms were announced in the Odesa region. A three-year-old child was injured as a result of a rocket attack on Odesa and was sent to the hospital.
As Oleg Kiper reported, the Russians hit the Kh-59 with air missiles. Rockets damaged an area of private buildings, a fire started, and a gas pipeline was destroyed. A woman and a child were rescued from one of the burning houses. There were also two more victims who did not require medical assistance.
