
In Kharkiv, 15 private homes were damaged in the afternoon of April 23 as a result of an attack by the Russian Federation.
The mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, reported this on the spot: “The flight was very close to residential buildings. A total of 15 private houses were damaged. Various degrees of destruction: windows are broken somewhere, roofs are damaged, and garages are damaged. Now utility companies are working together with volunteers, they will close all circuits. We will also help people with roofs. We inform residents about the Restoration so that they apply for compensation.”
According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, according to preliminary data, the Russian army attacked the city with two UMPB D30-SN ammunition (unified cross-species gliding ammunition, caliber 30 cm), which were launched by aircraft from the territory of Russia. The blows fell on Saltivskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts.
Around 1:50 p.m., the Russians struck the private sector in the Saltiv district of Kharkiv. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, clarified that: “The Russians hit the private sector of the Saltiv district of Kharkiv. A fence, windows, a house and a car were damaged. There are no victims at the moment,” the message says.
