The Russians have significantly increased the use of volley fire systems and UAVs that drop ammunition.
Volodymyr Artyukh, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, stated this on April 24: “If a week ago there were ten to twenty shellings, today there are already 60 shellings and the total number of explosions is over 300.”
According to him, the Bilopol community suffers greatly from the shelling, which is attacked by the Russians almost every day.
Evacuation of the population from the border areas continues. In particular, 6.5 thousand people, including a thousand children, have already left the five-kilometer zone.
