The Russians turned Donetsk into a refuge for recidivists from the Russian Federation

The Russian authorities in the occupied territories have created almost greenhouse conditions for criminals and recidivists from all over Russia.

As noted, murderers come to Donetsk to avoid responsibility at home. It will be superfluous to explain what kind of lifestyle they lead in temporarily occupied Ukraine. After all, murders, thefts and looting have become a commonplace here, the Center of National Resistance said.

“Recently in Donetsk, the murderer of muezzin Ibrahim Isyanyaev, the former mercenary of the “Wagner” PVK, Rail Khairov, “came to light”. Before that, he was already on trial for murder, but was pardoned in order to be sent to the front. Whether they will be tried now – most likely, Rail will once again join the ranks of “volunteers” ” of the Russian army and will end his vile life in one of the forest plantations in the Ukrainian Donetsk region.

For the Russian Federation and the occupation authorities, such cases are simply ideal for improving their mobilization fund. But not only criminals join the ranks of the Russian army, but also drug addicts from Chechnya or women from penal colonies,” the message reads.

In Chechnya, people are taken to Ukraine for the use of alcohol and drugs. According to “one of the employees of the Chechen police”, people with addictions are sent to fight on the “verbal order” of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.

In addition, Russian Russians are recruiting imprisoned women to go and fight against Ukraine, for which they are promised money and the opportunity to return home. First of all, they are looking for medics, snipers, and if desired – for assault squads.
