In the Kherson region, as a result of shelling by the Russian army, one person was killed and five others were injured

On May 11, one person died in the Kherson region as a result of Russian shelling. Five more local residents were injured. Among the injured is a child.

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, announced this.

According to him, on May 11, Russian troops shelled Antonivka, Tyaginka, Sadov, Mykhailivka, Stanislav, Tokarivka, L’vovе, Inzhenerna, Prydniprovske and Kherson.

Prokudin did not say exactly where the civilians were injured.

The Russian army shelled the residential quarters of Kherson.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko: “On the morning of May 12, the Russian army struck the Korabelny district of Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank. Residential quarters were under fire,” Mrochko said.

Kherson and the region suffer daily from shelling by the Russian army. On the night of May 9, the Russians dropped two guided aerial bombs on Berislav, as a result of which the local school was destroyed. Local residents were not injured at the time.
