On the afternoon of May 15, Russian troops made several strikes on Mykolaiv, recording two hits.
This was reported by the heads of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaly Kim, the Air Force, the chairman of Mykolaiv Oleksandr Sienkovych.
First, the Air Force warned about the threat of using ballistic weapons from the south. An air alert was announced in almost half of Ukraine’s regions.
In the Mykolaiv region, air-raid sirens wailed at around 11:32.
And around noon, the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration wrote about two hits as a result of the Russian attack.
In his turn, the chairman of Mykolaiv also confirmed the arrival.
“There was an explosion in the city. We are investigating. Stay in safe places,” Sienkovych wrote.
