The prosecutor’s office reports that one person was killed and four were injured due to shelling in the Kherson region

As a result of the morning shelling by Russian troops of one of the settlements of the Kherson region, one person was killed and four were injured, the regional prosecutor’s office reports.

According to the police, the shelling took place around 11:10. Three injured were hospitalized. Residential buildings and motor vehicles were also damaged.

On May 15, Russian forces launched an airstrike on the central district of Kherson. 19 people were injured.

Russian troops are shelling the de-occupied part of Kherson region, in particular the regional center, every day. Despite the evidence and testimony, Moscow has denied a targeted attack on civilians since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
