On May 21, the Russian military carried out almost two dozen attacks using artillery and drones, Serhii Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, said. According to him, there are no injured people.
“Nikopol, Marganetska, Mirivska, Chervonogrigorivska and Pokrovska communities came under attack. An infrastructural facility, an industrial enterprise, a chapel, 17 private residences, and dozens of farm buildings were mutilated. Two cars were gutted. Nikopol is regularly subjected to Russian attacks from various types of weapons – attack UAVs, artillery. Despite the evidence and testimony, Moscow has denied a targeted attack on civilians since the start of the full-scale invasion.
The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine verified the data on the death of 10,810 civilians in Ukraine and the wounding of 20,556 since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. The organization assumes that the number of victims among civilians is much higher.
