The Russian authorities do not stop “nationalizing” the property of residents of the Zaporizhzhia region. So far, they have developed a whole procedure for selecting real estate from Ukrainians.
This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.
Russian troops began a new wave of confiscation of Ukrainian real estate. According to the approved procedure, the invaders can declare housing “ownerless” if the owner has not re-registered it according to Russian rules or has not paid for utilities for a year.
“All real estate owners have 30 days to re-registrate the right of ownership. Of course, the majority of the population that left the cities will not be able to do this. In this way, the Russians will simply seize the housing,” the report says.
