A kindergarden has been shelled by the Russian army in the city of Severodonetsk, at 61 Central Avenue

Around 10 people are stuck in the basement and cannot get out of the half-ruined building. 8 of them are children. At this point the evacuation is being organized by the Ukrainian military forces.
