During the day, the Russians shelled 7 communities of the Sumy region: they used mortars, artillery and FPV drones

 On July 6, the Russian army carried out 26 shelling of the border territories and settlements of the Sumy region. 76 explosions were recorded.

This was reported by the press service of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.

In particular, the following came under Russian fire:

Velykopysarivsk community: the Russians were hit with artillery (3 explosions), mortars (24 explosions) and 2 FPV drones struck (2 explosions).

Myropil community: Russians dropped 6 mines on the territory of the community.

Znob-Novgorod community: the Russians were hit by barrel artillery (7 explosions).

Sredino-Budsk community: shelling from barrel artillery (6 explosions), mortars (8 explosions) was recorded.

Krasnopil community: an explosive device was dropped from an unmanned aerial vehicle (2 explosions), an FPV drone struck (2 explosions).

Esman community: mortar shelling (5 explosions).

Bilopolsk community: there were mortar attacks (5 explosions), artillery fire (4 explosions), FPV drone strikes (3 explosions).

At the same time, in the Sumy region, the administrative building of the national reserve was damaged as a result of an attack by a Russian drone

In the Seredino-Budsk community, the Russian military damaged the homes of local residents and the administration building of the national reserve.

In the evening of July 6, the Russians attacked the border village with FPV drones. There was a fire in the premises of the reserve as a result of the blows.
