
In the occupied village of Preobrazhenka, Kherson Region, Russians killed a young man. A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.
The investigation into the murder of a young boy in the temporarily occupied Preobrazhenka of the Kherson Region has been initiated, the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.
According to prosecutors, on July 4, 2024, Russians killed a young man in the village of Preobrazhenka in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region.
This became known from a message posted on the Internet by the rector of one of the universities of Kherson, where the deceased previously studied.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was started in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Measures are being taken to establish the circumstances of the event and the persons involved in the crime.
