
Today, July 13, Russian invaders shelled the village of Buda in the Kharkiv region. More than 20 people were injured in the attack.
This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synegubov.
At 5:18 p.m., 16 victims were recorded as a result of Russian shelling of a civilian infrastructure object.

“Of them, 9 people were hospitalized, among them – one child. One person died,” the regional military administration reported.
The number of victims increased after repeated shelling of the location. The ambulance that arrived on call was also damaged.
The information is currently being updated, as Sinegubov noted.
Updated at 5:50 p.m. Later, the head of the regional military administration reported that the number of victims had increased to 22, and it became known that 2 people had already died.

In the village of Buda, Kharkiv region, the number of people injured as a result of a Russian missile strike near the railway station on July 13 has increased to 25.
This was announced by the head of the regional military administration Oleg Synegubov.
“Among the nine hospitalized: three wounded are being treated on an outpatient basis, three need surgery, two people are in moderate condition,” said the head of the region.
Sinegubov also clarified that the 14-year-old girl will continue treatment in a children’s hospital, at the moment her condition is average.
Also, according to the regional military administration, the following were damaged:
26 residential buildings, nine administrative buildings, two cars, a station building, three auxiliary buildings, a railway track.
On July 13, Russian troops twice hit the village of Budi in the Kharkiv district with two Iskander missiles.
It was reported that five railway workers were injured: a driver, a station manager, a station attendant, a senior track master, and a train assembler.
Later, Sinegubov reported that two people were killed during the attack: the head of the Kharkiv district department of the main department of the State Emergency Service in the Kharkiv region, Artem Kostyria; police officer of the response sector of the patrol police of the Kharkiv district police department, senior police sergeant Oleksiy Koshchyi.
