The drone hit the point of receiving humanitarian aid in the city of Kupyansksk.

On August 14, the Russian military struck the central part of the city of Kupyansksk with a drone. A hit to the point of receipt of humanitarian aid was recorded. A 64-year-old man received explosive injuries. Admitted to hospital. This is reported by the police of the Kharkiv region.

An investigative and operational group, forensic experts and explosives experts went to the scene. According to the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
