According to the head of the region, the Russians struck 37 drones. This morning, in the central part of the city of Kupyansksk, they quickly struck the civilian population.

“These are people who came to receive humanitarian aid. The enemy injured several people with a drone. Given this situation, we even restricted traffic in the central part of the city of Kupyansksk for civilian transport,” Synegubov said.
