The Russians have repeatedly increased the number of guided aerial bomb strikes on the territory of the Sumy region, in the last 10 days they have carried out more than 200 guided aerial bomb strikes on the Sumy region.

This was announced by the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Volodymyr Artyukh.

Artyukh noted that in the first half of the year, 400 guided aerial bomb strikes were recorded in Sumy region.

“The Russians are ruthless, they are destroying our infrastructure, but the worst thing is that they are killing civilians,” said the head of the regional military administration.

He also reminded that the 20-kilometer border zone in the Sumy region is the rear line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and access to these territories “will be limited.”

“Representatives of the defense forces will control entry to designated areas of the border. The algorithm and procedure for the stay of civilians are currently being agreed upon. First of all, we do this in order to secure our defenders and prevent the Russians from obtaining important information about the locations of the Defense Forces and their material support,” Artyukh explained.
