In Volyn and Rivne Oblast, there were also interruptions in electricity and water supply due to shelling by the Russian occupiers.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian missile attack caused a sharp drop in voltage in the network, which led to emergency power outages. There are also problems with water.
