What does the school in Kachkarivka, destroyed by the Russian army, look like?

As a result of repeated Russian shelling, the school building in the village of Kachkarivka of the Myliv community was severely damaged.

Volodymyr Klyutsevskyi, deputy chief of the Kherson regional military administration, made public a photo of the consequences of Russian shelling.

Part of the third floor of the school was destroyed by ballistics. Due to mortar and artillery fire, all the windows in the building were broken, some frames were covered with OSB sheets.

In the Kherson community, as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, 130 educational institutions were damaged, including 193 buildings and structures, including: 59 gymnasiums and schools, 71 kindergartens, 9 institutions of vocational education and 10 extra-curricular education.

At the time of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 151 secondary, preschool, after-school and vocational education institutions were operating in the Kherson city-territorial community.
