“Russian troops attacked a residential building in Havrylivka with drones. As a result of the hit, two apartments burned to the ground,” the report says.

On the afternoon of August 28, Russian troops struck the Dnipro district of Kherson with drones. As a result of the drone attack, four local residents were injured.
