On November 20, the Russian Armed Forces fired at Vysoky, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov said.
“As a result of the shelling, the administrative building was damaged. A 64-year-old woman was injured,” Sinegubov wrote.
He said that Kupyansk (42-year-old and 64-year-old men were injured), Borschova (a private house was damaged) and Senkove (a private house was damaged) were also shelled.
