On November 28, Russia carried out another massive missile attack on Odessa region, as a result of which three people were injured, two of them – a 16-year-old boy and a 90-year-old woman – received minor injuries (abrasions and cuts), medical assistance was provided on the spot.
This was reported by the head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.
18 private houses were damaged in Odessa district. Falling rocket fragments caused a fire in dry grass, which was extinguished on its own. A fire broke out in a garage in the city of Odessa, rescuers are working to extinguish it.
In total, the Russians launched about 100 strike drones and more than 90 missiles of various types across Ukraine, hitting energy infrastructure facilities. The use of cluster munitions complicates the elimination of the consequences. The Ukrainian authorities have mobilized all necessary services to restore infrastructure and provide assistance to the victims. Inviolability points have been deployed.
