In the suburbs of Kherson, Russian forces dropped explosives on a civilian car, a man was injured

In the village of Kindiyka, Kherson region, Russian troops attacked a civilian car with a drone, the regional military administration said in a statement.

“At approximately 07:00, the Russians attacked a civilian car in Kindiyka with a UAV. Due to the dropping of explosives from a drone, a 54-year-old man received an explosive injury, a shrapnel wound to the forearm and a concussion,” the regional military administration said.

It is known that “the victim went to the hospital on his own. He is currently receiving medical assistance.”

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – strike UAVs, missiles, guided aerial bombs, MLRS.

The Russian leadership denies that the Russian army, during a full-scale war, carries out targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of Ukrainian cities and villages, killing civilians and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted in nature.
