On January 8, Russian military attacked Beryslav and Naddnipryanske in the Kherson region. Two people died, 5 were wounded.

At about 10:00, Russian military attacked a minibus on the highway near Naddnipryanske with a drone. A 70-year-old man died as a result of the explosives. Another 57-year-old man who was in the vehicle was wounded. He was hospitalized.
In addition, the occupation forces attacked two streets in Beryslav with drones. According to preliminary information, a 52-year-old local resident died as a result, 4 people were wounded.
According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, a 66-year-old man was injured in Beryslav. He has an explosive injury and a hand wound. A 69-year-old woman was diagnosed with an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to her arms, legs, head and abdomen.
Later, it was reported that a 40-year-old man died in the city and another 43-year-old woman was injured. She was taken to the hospital with an explosive injury and a leg wound.
