There is a dead and injured person: houses, a shop and a cafe were damaged in a missile strike in Pivdenne

In the city of Pivdenne, Odessa region, an 11-story unfinished building, residential buildings, a minimarket and a cafe were damaged as a result of a Russian missile strike on the evening of February 5, and there is a dead and injured person.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

Under the procedural leadership of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of committing a war crime that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, at about 18:15, the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched a missile strike on the city’s civilian infrastructure.

As a result of the strike, a 39-year-old local resident died, and a 19-year-old boy was injured.

According to preliminary data, the Russian Federation troops launched a strike with an aircraft missile, the type of which is being determined.
