Russian military struck the village of Zolochiv, Bogodukhov community in Kharkiv region, the State Emergency Service said in a statement.
Rescuers say that the attack completely destroyed the administrative building, as well as damaged a number of neighboring facilities: a cultural center, a two-story residential building and several commercial facilities.
“Rescue services, together with local municipal services, promptly began work on clearing the rubble of the destroyed building. According to preliminary data, there are no victims or injuries as a result of the attack,” the State Emergency Service concluded.
