Odesa again suffered a massive Russian air strike

14 Odessa schools, 13 kindergartens and a large residential area were left without electricity and heating.

The information department of the Odessa City Council said in a statement:

As a result of the night Russian attack on Odessa, according to preliminary data, 14 schools, 13 kindergartens and a large residential area – more than 500 houses – were left without electricity and heating.

The children’s clinic and kindergarten were significantly damaged.

Specialists are assessing the consequences and determining how much time is needed to eliminate them.

The chairman and relevant city services arrived at the scene. The city’s operational headquarters have been deployed, tents have been set up to help residents.

In the morning, the district administration will begin accepting applications from residents of damaged apartments.

On February 19, educational institutions that lack heat and electricity will not accept children until the situation improves.

Heating points and invulnerability points will be open, where you can warm up, charge your gadgets and drink hot tea.
