Rocket strike on hotel in Kryvyi Rih

The Russians attacked a hotel in Kryvyi Rih. In Kryvyi Rih, a rescue operation at the site of an enemy strike has been completed. The Russians targeted the city the night before and hit a hotel in the city center. There are four dead, 31 injured, including a child and 14 people in serious condition.

A powerful explosion destroyed the hotel and nearby buildings. Rescuers are taking out the injured.

Rescuers pulled nineteen people out of the destroyed buildings. Many injured. All night and morning, they worked tirelessly to clear the rubble and search for victims together with dog handlers.

In total, four people died – three men and a woman. These were people who were at home, in neighboring houses or simply going to the store.

Shortly before the attack, volunteers from a humanitarian organization – citizens of Ukraine, the United States and Great Britain – checked into the hotel and survived. The hotel owner says: in general, all guests and employees survived.

This is the second attack on the hotel. The Russians already destroyed it in the fall, and the building was only recently restored.

As a result of the attack, in addition to the hotel, a post office, more than a dozen high-rise buildings, about two dozen cars and many shops were destroyed.

In total, more than three dozen people were injured. Among them – a 13-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy. More than two dozen injured people remain in hospitals. Many of them are in serious condition.
