Russia has struck another residential area of Kupyansk. Three people were injured, including an elderly woman.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, on May 18, at about 9:30, the Russian army dropped an aerial bomb on a private sector in Kupyansk. The ammunition hit the road near one of the houses.
As a result of the explosion, a 55-year-old man was injured. Two more women – 75 and 55 years old – received acute emotional shock. Buildings and outbuildings in the city were also damaged.
It has been previously established that the Russian army used a FAB-500 guided aerial bomb with a planning and adjustment module.
The prosecutor’s office has opened criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Investigators, together with prosecutors, are recording evidence of another war crime by Russia.
