As a result of this attack, a residential building in the district was damaged. Fortunately, there were no people there. There were no casualties.
As a result of the morning strikes by Russian UAVs, the premises of enterprises in the Sumy community were damaged.
A security guard was injured, he received medical care, and is being treated as an outpatient.
These strikes also damaged power lines. More than 20 thousand subscribers and water utility facilities were temporarily left without electricity. The power engineers worked quickly – everything was restored. Public utilities are operating normally.
Also today, more than 160 thousand subscribers in the Shostka and Konotop districts were left without electricity due to a technical failure. The power supply was fully restored within two hours.
Recently, the Russians have been targeting civilian infrastructure and destroying enterprises. Oleg Grigorov noted that the regional military administration provides technical, consulting and material support to businesses.
The head of the regional military administration thanked the entrepreneurs of Sumy region for their endurance. Despite all the circumstances, the work does not stop, the Russians do not manage to sow panic.
The situation in border communities remains difficult due to Russian shelling. The Russians are hitting the hardest in Bilopilska and Vorozhbyanska. Evacuation continues from there. 59 more people left there on May 20. Local governments, volunteer organizations and external services continue to provide assistance.
