Russian troops shelled the city of Beryslav in the Kherson region with artillery, a man and a woman who were in the yard were killed.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this: “On May 22, 2025, at about 1:40 p.m., the Russian armed forces carried out an artillery shelling of Beryslav. As a result of the Russian shelling, a 64-year-old man and a 54-year-old woman who were in the yard died.”
It is noted that criminal proceedings have been initiated on the fact of committing a war crime that caused the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
