Russians massively attacked Kyiv region with drones and missiles

On the night of June 1 Russian troops carried out a massive combined attack on Kyiv region. The occupiers launched a significant number of attack drones, as well as ballistic and cruise missiles, over the region. Air defense forces shot down Russian air targets, in particular, 15 Russian drones were intercepted thanks to the work of the Unmanned Systems Forces, said the head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, on his Telegram channel page.

According to him, fortunately, there were no injuries or casualties. Ukrainian sky defenders prevented critical infrastructure from being hit. However, ten private residential buildings in the Bila Tserkva district were damaged as a result of the drone attack. Their roofs, facades and windows were damaged.

The head of the regional military administration noted that assistance will be provided to the owners of the damaged houses.
