Russia’s most powerful night attack on Kharkiv: there are dead, wounded, destruction and fires

On the night of June 7, the Russians carried out the most powerful attack on Kharkiv during the full-scale war. As a result of the shelling, fires broke out, there are dead and destruction.

This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

“According to preliminary data, as a result of the Russian shelling of Kharkiv, damage was recorded to 18 apartment buildings (three of them had structural damage) and 13 private houses,” Terekhov wrote at 07:39.

The Kyivskyi and Osnovyanovskyi districts, as well as the outskirts of the city, were under attack by Russian drones, bombs and missiles.

In the Kyivskyi district, as a result of 40 UAVs, 4 guided bombs and 1 missile hitting the territory of a civilian enterprise, a fire broke out on an area of ​​10,000 square meters. Four workshop buildings were hit. People may be trapped under the rubble. This was reported by Oleg Sinegubov at around 7 am.

In addition, UAVs were recorded hitting: a tree near a two-story residential building; a private house with a subsequent fire on an area of ​​10 square meters;

the ground, an outbuilding on an area of ​​10 square meters caught fire.

In the Osnovyanskyi district, a UAV hit a 9-story residential building. 12 apartments on the 7th, 8th and 9th floors on an area of ​​600 square meters caught fire.

“A woman was freed from the rubble. Medics are providing assistance to the injured. Two cars were also on fire,” the head of the regional military administration informed.

“Also, on the outskirts of Kharkiv, as a result of 3 Shahed UAVs hitting an abandoned cowshed building and 5 UAVs hitting an open area, a fire broke out,” Oleg Sinegubov reported.

Around 7 am, it became known that 17 people were injured as a result of Russian shelling, including two children – a 14-year-old girl and a 1.5-month-old baby. In addition, one person died.

However, as of 07:17, Terekhov wrote that three people had died as a result of the shelling.
