On the night of June 10, Russian troops carried out a massive attack on Odessa using strike drones. The shelling damaged civilian infrastructure, including a maternity hospital, an emergency medical station, and residential buildings in the city center. This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.
According to preliminary data, a 59-year-old man died as a result of the strike. At least four more people were injured – medics are providing them with the necessary assistance.
The most affected facilities:
A maternity hospital, which was hit by one of the drones. Fortunately, there were no casualties – patients and staff were evacuated in time;
An emergency medical station – the administrative building was destroyed, the fire is being extinguished. Ambulances were damaged, there were no casualties among the staff;
Residential buildings in the center of Odessa – suffered significant damage.
All relevant services are working on the ground, eliminating the consequences of the strike. Law enforcement officers are documenting another Russian war crime against the civilian population of the Odessa region.
