According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, seven districts of the capital were affected – Darnytskyi, Holosiivskyi, Obolonskyi, Solomyanskyi, Desnyanskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Podilskyi.

As reported in the morning by Kyiv chairman Vitaliy Klitschko, four people were injured in the city after the night attack. All of them were hospitalized in medical institutions. The capital was covered in black smoke from a large number of fires.

The attack on the capital began just after midnight. “Air defense forces are working on Russian UAVs in Obolonskyi district. Stay in shelters!” — wrote the chairman 13 minutes into the first night.

Two hours after the start of the attack, the chairman reported the call of medics to the Darnytskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Obolonskyi districts of the city. Later, he added that cars were burning in the Shevchenkivskyi district. In Obolonskyi district, UAV debris fell on the territory of one of the schools.

“Emergency services are on their way. Also, medics were called to the Podilskyi district. In the Dnipro district, smoke in a non-residential building. In Obolonskyi, a fire in a non-residential building. Also, call for medics to Darnytskyi district,” the mayor wrote shortly before 3 a.m.

He later added that in Podilskyi and Darnytskyi districts, debris fell in open areas. Medics provided assistance to one victim in Darnytskyi district on the spot. Also in Darnytskyi district, previously, debris fell on a private house. In Shevchenkivskyi district, a balcony in a residential building is on fire. Also, a fire in a residential area in Obolonskyi district. In Obolonskyi district, in a residential area, a pharmacy is on fire. Medics are on duty on site.

According to Klitschko, also in Shevchenkivskyi district, there is a fire in a business center building. Also in Solomyanskyi district, there is a fire in a multi-storey building. In Podilskyi district, debris from a UAV fell in two locations.

“During the night, the Russians continuously terrorized Kyiv with strike drones. It hit civilian infrastructure, civilians. 7 districts of the capital were damaged. There is partial destruction and fires in high-rise buildings and private houses. Cars and warehouses were burning,” said the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko.

In one of the districts, a former visa center was destroyed.

The head of the Obolonskyi district Military Administration, Kyrylo Fesyk, reported that as a result of the Russian Federation’s night attack in the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv, a fire broke out on the first and second floors of a high-rise building: 18 apartments were damaged. One person was hospitalized.

“Obolonskyi district was one of the main targets. A large number of explosions and a large number of fires. The residential sector was partially damaged. “We are eliminating the consequences, deploying a headquarters, and will organize assistance and clear the rubble,” he said.
