Russian attack destroys EVA store in Kyiv: damage estimated at over 5 million hryvnias

As a result of another Russian attack on June 9, the EVA chain store in Kyiv was completely destroyed. According to the company’s preliminary estimates, the losses amount to at least 5 million hryvnias – this includes destroyed goods, retail equipment and investments in rented premises.

Commenting on the situation, EVA said that for security reasons they are refraining from disclosing the exact address of the damaged store until official messages from the military administration.

The company is currently calculating the final damage and declares its readiness to resume work as soon as the situation allows. EVA emphasized that despite the threat of war, they continue to provide Ukrainians with necessary goods throughout the country.

In addition to EVA, the Cosmo Multimall shopping mall was also affected by the attack.
