Russians dropped an air bomb on Zolochiv, Kharkiv region: mother and son found themselves under the rubble

On June 12, Russian troops attacked the village of Zolochiv, Bogodukhov district. A mother and son found themselves under the rubble.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service. According to rescuers, the Russians hit the settlement with an air bomb.

As a result of the attack, two residential buildings and outbuildings were destroyed. In addition, a woman and her 11-year-old son were under the rubble of a half-destroyed cellar. In total, five people were injured in the Russian attack, including one child.

“Employees of the State Emergency Service, together with police officers, pulled the victims out of the rubble and handed them over to medics,” the report says.

At the same time, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov, clarified that the Russians directed three air bombs at Zolochiv.

“During the strike, two private houses were destroyed and 28 more were damaged. A car was also destroyed as a result of the explosions,” the official added.
