On the night of June 29, as a result of massive shelling, fragments of Russian targets fell on the territory of private households in Rohatyn and Bilshivtsi communities of Ivano-Frankivsk region.
This was reported by the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional state administration, Svitlana Onyshchuk.
In the village of Vasyuchyn, the windows of the Church of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church and partially the wooden bell tower were damaged.
In the village of Narayivka, a woman was injured and hospitalized in a medical facility. A residential building was also damaged.
There were no deaths as a result of the Russian attack.
The regional leadership thanked the air defense forces for their daily work to protect the region. They also expressed gratitude to rescuers, medics and everyone who is overcoming the consequences of enemy shelling.
Svitlana Onyshchuk once again reminded residents of the need to respond to air raid sirens and protect themselves and their loved ones.
