At midnight, Russian troops shelled residential areas in the Central district of Kherson. As a result of another violation of international norms, one of the city’s preschool institutions was again damaged.

The consequences of the next attack were made public by the Kherson City Military Administration.

“At approximately midnight, Russian troops struck residential areas in the Central district. “During this shelling, one of the preschool institutions was once again damaged — windows were blown out again,” the report said.
