
For the first time during the full-scale invasion, Russian troops attacked Mykolaiv with drones on the morning of July 9.
This was stated by Chairman Oleksandr Senkevych.
According to him, emergency and restoration work is currently continuing in Mykolaiv after the enemy strike.
Two townspeople were injured as a result of the attack. Residential buildings, offices and a cafeteria were damaged.
Units of the 10th platoon of the State Paramilitary Mining Rescue Detachment – the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the Operational Linear Directorate of Highways are involved in the elimination of the consequences. The area is being cleared at the site of the strikes, damage is being repaired and safe conditions are being restored. The work is being carried out promptly and responsibly.
On July 9, Russian troops struck the Mykolaiv region, and a fire broke out as a result of the shelling.
Later, it became known that an emergency power outage occurred in Mykolaiv.
