Russians strike Vinnytsia, civilian infrastructure hit: four people injured

On the night of July 16, the Russians attacked Vinnytsia. Explosions could be heard in the city in the early hours of the morning, and civilian infrastructure was hit.

At least four people were injured. The Vinnytsia City Council and Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration reported on the attack and its consequences.

The Vinnytsia City Council reported on the explosions in the regional center at 03:49.

“Dear Vinnytsia residents, the Russian Federation is carrying out a massive air attack across the country. Explosions can be heard in Vinnytsia. Take care of your own safety,” the city council appealed to the city’s residents.

The first deputy head of the Vinnytsia regional military administration, Natalia Zabolotna, also appealed to the townspeople to stay in shelters until the end of the alert and the attack on the city.

And at about 04:30 she reported that arrivals were recorded in the regional center.

“As a result of the Russian attack in the city of Vinnytsia, civilian infrastructure hit. All relevant services are working at the scene. Currently, there is information about 4 victims,” Zabolotna wrote.
